Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultation & Tasting Fees
Consultation and tasting fees are non-refundable once scheduled and paid, as these cover preparation, labor, and ingredient costs.
Tastings may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours' notice at no additional cost.
Event Catering Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure all catering bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future event if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the event date.
Final Balance Payments
Final payment is due 7 days before the event.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to purchasing, staffing, and preparation costs.
Delivery & Service Fees
Delivery fees and service fees are non-refundable once staff and logistics have been scheduled.
Fore Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In the case of emergencies beyond the client's control (severe weather, illness, ect.) Southern Soul Eatery will work with the client to reschedule the event or apply a credit toward a future booking.
